Suhaila Likes Water

Human beings need to consume a good quantity of water to preserve their body from dehydration. I've read before that we need at least 8 glass of water to maintain our health. That's why I always try to make myself a habit in bringing a bottle of water whenever I go. So everybody, lets start drink more and more water and start making a habit in bringing your own bottle of water. Start now!
